
Founder
Muhammad Arif Khan, the founder and program director of ECECP, has over 15 years of experience in education management and has established several successful schools and training institutes in the capital city. Arif holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from renowned universities, and his professional career spans over 40 years. Recognizing the need for quality, affordable, and flexible Montessori teacher training in Pakistan, he took the initiative to develop the Early Childhood Education & Care Program. Understanding that Montessori educators require a training program that accommodates their schedules and locations, he created an accessible, high-quality distance education program. Arif also knew that the success of ECECP students would heavily rely on the quality of instruction and guidance from knowledgeable, experienced Montessori trainers. He works directly with tutors, monitoring and guiding them to become strong resources.

Co-Founder
Sadia Javed is the Co-Founder and Project Coordinator of ECECP. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics, a Bachelor’s degree in Education, and Diploma in Montessori Education. With over 7 years of teaching experience in early years’ education, Sadia has extensively researched in Montessori Method, Philosophy and Early Childhood Education. As Co-Founder, she has invested 6 years in the development of the curriculum manuals and support material for the ECECP Teacher Training Program. Her work includes development of curriculum manuals, curriculum support material, demonstration videos, activities and design of hands-on workshop.
